John Updike’s Floating Head

with one comment

“A man encounters the floating, disembodied head of author John Updike after a month-long bender,” and after suffering through some Updike-ian bloviation, the man orders the head to leave. I’d allow your floating head to stay, John Updike. (This takes roughly two minutes to begin, but once it does, it’s cool.)

  1. the loss of John Updike makes me wonder if the literary world is being replenished at the same rate that it’s losing such great writers
